Position Overview
The Director of Field Services is a key leadership role within A/Z Corporation, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the AZ Team. This position requires a strategic thinker who can drive project management, strategic planning, and client customer service initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance, support, and leadership to AZ Team Members
- Develop and implement continuous improvement objectives and technology enhancements
- Promote open communication among team members, consultants, inspectors, agencies, and subcontractors
- Ensure adherence to Corporate Environmental, Health, and Safety Policies and Best Practices
- Maintain Corporate Standards and Project Control requirements
- Provide project finance management oversight and claim resolution
- Evaluate client/project specific concerns and site protocols
- Participate in peer reviews and provide insight on productivity factors
- Assist in the development of Team specific QA/QC Procedures
- Ensure field compliance with project specifications and technical requirements
- Coordinate project close-out, start up, and training
- Participate in lessons learned sessions and operational development initiatives
- Maintain a willingness to reinvest in continuing education and professional development
- Explore and implement efficiency improvements
