RN - Inpatient Rehab Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Rehab team at Providence Medford Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare with compassion and respect.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in the inpatient rehab setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop plans to address these needs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
- National Certification in area of specialty upon hire.
