Key Responsibilities:- Perform regular cleaning and sanitization of restroom areas using specialized equipment tailored for optimal results.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues proactively.
- Drive a company-owned vehicle to various customer locations, ensuring timely service delivery.
- Handle and transport cleaning equipment safely to and from customer sites.
- Expand service offerings by promoting additional products to existing clients.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Keep the company vehicle and equipment in pristine condition.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the company.
- Adhere to company policies and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A valid driver's license with a For-hire endorsement is necessary.
- Must successfully pass a DOT physical examination prior to employment.
- Drug and alcohol screening is mandatory.
- Ability to follow established procedures while receiving guidance from supervisors.
- Strong attention to detail is essential to prevent customer loss.
- Proficient in using handheld devices, computers, and standard office equipment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills are required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while staying organized.
- This position requires significant physical activity.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods and perform various physical tasks such as standing, bending, lifting, and walking.
- Ability to operate a truck or step van is necessary.
