Job Summary:
As a Cleaning and Maintenance Specialist at Office Pride, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients. This role involves a variety of tasks, including:
- Hard Floor Maintenance: Sweep or vacuum and damp mop hard surface floors to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Dusting and Polishing: Dust work surfaces, other furniture, and other horizontal and vertical surfaces to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Restroom Maintenance: Clean restrooms, including toilets, urinals, partitions, sinks, counters, mirrors, floors, and walls to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
- Supply Replenishment: Replenish restroom dispensers with paper products and soap to ensure a clean and well-stocked environment.
- Glass Cleaning: Clean entrance glass and other interior glass to maintain a clean and visually appealing environment.
- Reporting and Communication: Report building and equipment maintenance issues to your supervisor to ensure prompt attention and resolution.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
