Job Overview

This role involves assembling advanced components and preparing the final product for distribution.   • 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday from 3:30pm-12:00am


Key Responsibilities:

  • Carefully pick and position small components in designated areas.
  • Utilize tools such as drills, mono-bolt guns, and wrenches during the assembly process.
  • Interpret electrical schematics and install components like relays and controls on electrical panels; adhere to all standard operating procedures and guidelines relevant to job functions.
  • Receive parts kits from inventory and inspect components for defects such as pinholes or chips.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, quality assurance, and shipping departments to ensure timely completion and dispatch of products.
  • Adapt to various workstations and perform a diverse range of tasks as required.
  • Comply with policies and instructions that uphold quality work standards and production excellence.
  • Promote a safe working environment and implement 5S principles; maintain cleanliness and organization in your workspace.
  • Work effectively in a team environment and be open to collaboration with colleagues.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED is strongly preferred; candidates with relevant experience may be considered without the preferred education.
  • Basic computer proficiency is required.
  • Ability to read a tape measure, work instructions, and other documents in English is essential.
  • Adherence to safety protocols and proper use of personal protective equipment is mandatory.
  • Must be capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs; ability to stand or walk for extended periods is necessary.
