Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of the Nursing Department at LifeBridge Health. As a Float Pool Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your expertise and compassion will make a significant difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, assessing, and evaluating patient needs, and developing individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and accountability.
  • Monitor patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed, and preparing patients for discharge.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in an acute care setting, with telemetry experience preferred
  • CPR - AHA Healthcare Provider certification
  • RN - Registered Nurse licensure
  • NIHSS - National Stroke Assoc NIH Stroke Scale certification within 6 months of hire
