We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at ThedaCare Medical Center - Shawano. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing patient-centered care to our patients, working collaboratively with our interprofessional team to deliver high-quality care and achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Collect data on patients' physical condition and nursing needs, and assist in implementing the plan of care.
- Collaborate with the interprofessional team to provide the highest quality of care and clinical outcomes.
- Demonstrate clinical expertise in the provision of care in the clinical specialty assigned.
- Identify ways to improve the patient's experience of care, streamline care processes, and lower costs while promoting quality.
- Current Wisconsin LPN licensure.
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to move freely and lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Our 21-bed unit serves a mixed population of ages, including medical, surgical, and intermediate levels of care. As a critical access hospital, you will gain experience and knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
