As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing patient-centered care to our patients, working collaboratively with our interprofessional team to deliver high-quality care and achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect data on patients' physical condition and nursing needs, and assist in implementing the plan of care.
  • Collaborate with the interprofessional team to provide the highest quality of care and clinical outcomes.
  • Demonstrate clinical expertise in the provision of care in the clinical specialty assigned.
  • Identify ways to improve the patient's experience of care, streamline care processes, and lower costs while promoting quality.
Requirements
  • Current Wisconsin LPN licensure.
  • American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to move freely and lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.

Our 21-bed unit serves a mixed population of ages, including medical, surgical, and intermediate levels of care. As a critical access hospital, you will gain experience and knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
