Spin Instructor

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Spin Instructor to join our team at Retro Fitness. As a Spin Instructor, you will be responsible for leading high-energy group fitness classes, motivating members to reach their fitness goals, and providing a safe and enjoyable workout environment.

• Teach scheduled Spin classes, ensuring a fun and engaging experience for members.
• Develop and implement effective workout plans, incorporating a variety of exercises and music to keep classes exciting and challenging.
• Provide personalized attention and feedback to members, helping them to improve their fitness and achieve their goals.
• Collaborate with the Group Fitness Coordinator to plan and promote classes, ensuring a consistent and innovative customer experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized workout area, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for members.

• Current Group Fitness certification, with a focus on Spin instruction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage members.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Passion for fitness and a commitment to helping members achieve their goals.
