  • Operate high-volume copy machines and perform finishing tasks, such as binding.
  • Utilize document imaging systems and software efficiently.
  • Manage office tasks using Microsoft Office and email systems.
  • Perform maintenance checks on copiers and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Maintain inventory records and distribute office supplies and mail.
  • Coordinate service calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Handle shipping and receiving tasks, including calculating charges for services.
  • Assist with meeting room setups and building occupant moves.
  • Perform occasional cleaning and light maintenance duties.
  • Operate various office equipment, such as shrink-wrap machines, paper cutters, and postage meters.
  • Conduct filing duties, including archiving old documents when necessary.
Requirements
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and communicate verbally and in writing in the English language.
  • Computer skills are a plus and can lead to potential upward career paths.
  • Proficiency in operating office equipment and software systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Flexibility to work occasional overtime, including nights and weekends.
  • Physical capability to perform light maintenance tasks as required.
Physical Requirements
  • Walking, lifting, bending, and twisting will be required throughout the day.
  • Dress code is business casual, no jeans, T-shirts, or tennis shoes.
