Job Title: Guitar Technician

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments
  • Assist in maintaining store inventory and ensuring it's in excellent working condition
  • Build and increase business through exceptional customer service and quality work
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of products, sales techniques, and leadership skills
Requirements:
  • Skilled understanding of repairing guitars
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Foundational product knowledge on Music and Arts Co Defunct products
