ABA Therapist

Job Summary

Kids Club ABA is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, providing training to parents and staff, and collaborating with other members of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Conduct assessments and evaluations
• Provide training and coaching to parents and staff
• Collaborate with other BCBA's and team members
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Master's degree in ABA or a related field
• BCBA certification
• At least 2 years of experience working with children with autism as a BCBA
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience, ranging from $75,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location. Benefits include paid time off, health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional development and advancement.
