The CNC Milling Specialist plays a crucial role in transforming raw materials into finely crafted components that contribute to the assembly of high-quality guitars. This position is essential in shaping the initial stages of guitar production, ensuring that each piece meets precise specifications.

Attention to detail and a deep understanding of wood types and properties are vital for success in this role. The CNC milling process is where the artistry of guitar making begins, and it is fundamental to achieving the renowned Epiphone sound.

• Adhere to established operating procedures.
• Safely operate advanced CNC machinery.
• Conduct routine safety and quality inspections on all tools and equipment.
• Evaluate incoming wood for defects, including cracks and color variations.
• Meet production targets with a minimum 95% pass rate.
• Follow a predetermined weekly output schedule.
• Understand and comply with quality standards.
• Maintain an efficient product flow.
• Follow departmental protocols, including safety and organization standards.

• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
