Speech Pathologist

Tanner Health System is seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating communication disorders, swallowing, feeding, and intellectual deficits in pediatric through geriatric populations.
Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with communication disorders, swallowing, feeding, and intellectual deficits.
* Provide evidence-based treatments to improve communication, swallowing, and feeding skills in patients of all ages.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
* Develop and implement in-service training programs for nursing staff on speech pathology procedures and best practices.
Requirements
* Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
* Certificate of Clinical Competence issued by the American Speech, Hearing, and Language Association or Registration for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
* Licensure by the Georgia Board of Examiners of Speech Pathology.
* One year of related experience with a working knowledge of standard practices and procedures.
