As a Registered Nurse, you will be tasked with providing the highest standard of patient care, adhering to the specific directives of each patient's physician. This role requires leveraging your expertise to educate patients and their families on health maintenance and preventive measures.
Additional Duties Include:- Monitoring and evaluating patients' conditions and needs
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to create personalized care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Creating a nurturing and empathetic environment for patients and their families
We seek a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse with outstanding clinical capabilities, a compassionate demeanor, and the ability to operate independently with minimal oversight.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to effectively educate patients and their families about in-home healthcare processes.
Additional Requirements:- Active RN licensure in Nebraska, Iowa, or nurse licensure compact
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- ACLS certification required within 5 months of hire
- Specialty certifications (e.g., CCRN, CNOR, CEN) preferred
- One year of RN experience preferred
- Additional certifications or licensure may be necessary for specific specialty areas
Pay Range: $52.20/hour
