Job Summary

The Lead Cashier is a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving sales growth at Ulta Beauty. As a champion of our mission, vision, and values, you will be responsible for leading by example, training new cashiers, and cross-training other associates to ensure seamless execution of cashwrap standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Experience: Provide personalized service to guests, ensuring a welcoming and engaging environment that drives loyalty and sales growth.
  • Sales and Service: Meet or exceed sales goals, while maintaining exceptional service standards, including greeting and engaging guests, recommending products, and executing services and events.
  • Training and Development: Assist in the training of new cashiers, cross-train other associates, and lead by example to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Process Excellence: Maintain outstanding store standards, including cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of cashwrap displays and supplies.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Skills: Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve, with excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
