Key Responsibilities:
Communication Management
- Ensure effective communication channels are established between agents, students, and parents to maintain consistency in service quality.
- Act as a liaison between school staff and external clients, providing clear and accurate responses to inquiries.
- Address and resolve complaints efficiently, escalating issues to senior management when necessary.
- Ensure timely responses to all inquiries, prioritizing urgent matters appropriately.
- Assist in obtaining necessary parental permissions for various activities.
Student Onboarding and Departure
- Support the administration of new student arrivals and departures.
- Coordinate student induction and registration events to ensure a welcoming experience for newcomers.
- Conduct data verification for incoming students to ensure accurate records.
- Assist students in acclimating to their new environment.
Retention and Progression Management
- Oversee the student retention process, ensuring all administrative tasks for continuing and transferring students are managed effectively.
- Address concerns of students considering withdrawal, documenting their issues for follow-up.
- Manage early withdrawal processes, gathering and documenting reasons for departure.
Compliance and Data Management
- Ensure all students possess the correct visa documentation and maintain accurate records in our systems.
- Provide statistical reports to management as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and organization of student files.
Administrative Duties
- Collaborate with academic teams to ensure proper documentation for students.
- Issue official correspondence to students, parents, and agents.
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees as required.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Experience in managing complex projects and fostering team collaboration.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in data management and IT systems.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.
