Job Summary

We are seeking a Dishwasher to join our team at Morada Cy-Fair. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for operating the dish-washing machine to properly wash and sanitize all dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils, and cooking equipment.

You will also maintain a clean, sanitary, clutter-free, and safe environment in food services areas by sweeping, mopping, and pressure washing floors, cleaning and sanitizing the dish machine, and cleaning production equipment as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Operate the dish-washing machine to properly wash and sanitize all dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils, and cooking equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, clutter-free, and safe environment in food services areas.
  • Clean production equipment as needed or directed by supervisor.
  • Maintain or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards.
  • Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
  • Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures.
  • Record and maintain documentation for service standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist in receiving of food and non-food supplies.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • One (1) year previous experience preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities.
