Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct in-depth evaluations using standardized tests and clinical observations to identify K-12 students' unique speech and language needs.
  • Individualized Therapy: Develop and implement creative, personalized therapy plans targeting articulation, fluency, social communication, and more.
  • Collaborative Environment: Partner with teachers, parents, and specialists to ensure a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students can thrive.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track and adjust therapy plans based on student progress, ensuring each individual reaches their communication goals.

Requirements:

  • Licensure: Eligible for or holding a California SLP license.
  • Certification: ASHA certification preferred (but not required).
  • Experience: School-based experience is a plus, but a passion for student success is essential.
