About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle CPQ Business Analyst to join our Pricing Development team at FIS Global. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping our future pricing strategy and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including Product Owners, management, and technical teams, to understand their needs and gather requirements.
  • Document functional and non-functional requirements clearly and comprehensively, ensuring they are agreed upon by stakeholders.
  • Analyze existing business processes to identify areas of improvement, inefficiencies, and opportunities to automate.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis, planning, overseeing, and managing multiple large and/or complex projects to create specification documents for development.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
  • Evaluate the functionality of new product releases and present and give details of the project to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience with Oracle CPQ.
  • 2+ years of experience testing CPQ updates during CPQ migration against existing in-house tool to ensure all aspects have been migrated accurately before releasing into production.
  • 2+ years of experience testing the development codes based on Product Owner requirements from the specification documents.
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years' experience in business analysis, able to demonstrate a deep understanding of business processes.
  • Ability to analyze complex business problems, identify the root causes, and develop innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency in a range of computing skills, including Microsoft Office products, Power BI, and SharePoint.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to make decisions.
  • Ability to work within a team and independently with minimal supervision.
