Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and friendly Bell Attendant to join our team at IP Casino Resort Spa - Biloxi. As a key member of our front desk staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service while assisting with guest luggage and supporting our team with communication on customer issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and informative guest service, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
  • Assist with guest luggage, storing and retrieving items in the Bell Storage Closet.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and staff regarding operations and customer issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bell stand and luggage area.
  • Work closely with Security to report suspicious or dangerous luggage.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods, approximately 90% of shift.
  • Present a professional and impeccable appearance with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to navigate luggage and lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Must be able to execute tasks with a high degree of urgency or efficiency.
  • Must maintain the highest grooming standards.
