Job Title: Consumer Banker IV

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Consumer Banker IV to join our team at First Financial Bancorp. As a key member of our retail banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to deepen client relationships and increase sales
  • Work closely with internal partners to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients
  • Conduct regular client reviews to understand their financial goals and objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive client experience
  • Meet or exceed sales and service goals as set by management
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in retail banking or a related field
  • Demonstrated success in consultative, needs-based selling
  • Strong product knowledge related to consumer and commercial deposits, investments, consumer loans, business loans, and treasury management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
