OR Tech

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated OR Tech to join our team at ICONMA. As an OR Tech, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our surgical services department.

• Assist surgeons and other medical staff during surgical procedures
• Prepare and maintain operating rooms, including setting up equipment and supplies
• Monitor and maintain aseptic conditions during procedures
• Assist with patient positioning and preparation for surgery
• Participate in post-operative care and recovery of patients

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Completion of a surgical technology program or equivalent experience
• Current certification as a surgical technologist (CST) or surgical first assistant (SFA)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
