**Nighttime Pastry Specialist**

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled **Nighttime Pastry Specialist** to join our team at PR Management Corp. As an Overnight Baker, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality bread and pastries for our cafes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Bake a variety of bread and pastry products to meet the needs of our customers.
• Ensure that all products are prepared according to our company's standards for quality and presentation.
• Work efficiently to meet speed of service deadlines and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with management and fellow associates to achieve our goals and objectives.
• Adhere to our company's policies and procedures for food safety and sanitation.

**Requirements:**

• 1-2 years of baking experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and tactical skills.
• Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.

**Physical Demands and Working Conditions:**

The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this position. Must be able to handle/lift up to 50 pounds. Physical effort required due to standing for prolonged periods of time, presenting training program information. Prolonged standing will be needed. Bending, stretching and walking constantly will be part of your nightly routine. Manual dexterity and sufficient arm and upper body strength required.

**Education and Experience:**

• High school or GED preferred.
• A minimum of 1 to 2 years of baking experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
