Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.

• Supervise and oversee all areas of programming, including training of direct support professionals and person-centered strategies consultants.
• Develop and implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) training programs using discrete trial training and natural environment training models.
• Design and implement behavior plans and treatment plans for consumers, focusing on teaching and antecedent strategies to reduce problematic behavior.
• Provide ongoing support and supervision to Associate Behavior Analysts and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) on Behavior Support Plans.

• Active BACB BCBA certification
• Masters Degree in Special Education or Human Services Related Field
• Minimum of two years experience in a behavior-based field
