As a Senior Medical Dosimetrist at Compuray Medical, you will play a critical role in our radiation oncology team. Your expertise will be utilized to generate radiation dose distributions and calculations in collaboration with the Medical Physicist and Radiation Oncologist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop treatment plans and ensure plan quality, demonstrating proficiency in radiation oncology and medical physics.
  • Operate treatment planning computers and perform quality assurance under the guidance of the Medical Physicist.
  • Maintain knowledge of radiation safety regulations and treatment protocols.
Requirements:
  • Completion of a medical dosimetry program or equivalent training with at least 18 months of study, training, and experience.
  • Proficiency in mathematical concepts and three-dimensional visualization for treatment planning.
  • Compliance with national and state laws related to medical dosimetry practice.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently while consulting with the medical team as needed.
