Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Develop and implement financial operational plans and budgets, monitoring performance to achieve financial goals, including driving food and beverage sales, controlling labor costs, and managing other expenses.
- Operational Excellence: Manage the day-to-day operations of the center, scheduling, planning, organizing, and communicating effectively with your team to ensure seamless execution of events and activities.
- Team Development: Supervise and direct regular training for all staff members, ensuring their proficiency in guest service, food and beverage operations, loss prevention, and company operating standards. Supervise direct reports, including Assistant General Managers, Facility Managers, Kitchen Managers, and Event Managers.
- Performance Review: Manage multiple departments efficiently, conducting regular meetings with your management team to review performance and offer direction. Review profit and loss statements weekly/monthly and adjust your action plan accordingly.
- Guest Experience: Achieve and maintain overall guest service goals, ensuring that customer complaints are resolved appropriately and that our guests are completely satisfied.
- Food and Beverage Sales: Oversee the management and expansion of the center's Food and Beverage program, ensuring the highest quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction in our dining offerings. Provide ongoing training and supervision to ensure consistent execution of corporate initiatives and standards, fostering a thriving sales culture.
- 5+ years of management experience related to full-service kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Basic business math, accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
- Strong team player with exceptional people development skills.
- Customer service pro with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Knowledge of POS register systems.
- Solid communication skills.
Bowlero Corporation is a leading entertainment company with over 350 entertainment destinations spanning North America. We offer a competitive total rewards package, including healthcare coverage and performance-based incentives. The approximate pay range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 per year.
