Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Provide overall leadership to project teams, ensuring successful project delivery and meeting client expectations.
  • Project Planning: Develop and manage project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Manage and develop assigned staff, providing guidance and support to ensure maximum job performance and career potential.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Contract Administration: Understand and administer contract and subcontract agreements, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
  • Financial Management: Manage project budgets and costs, ensuring financial performance and generating financial reporting.
  • Quality Assurance: Manage the Quality Assurance/Quality Control program, ensuring adherence to project quality standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Project Close-out: Manage all facets of project close-out, including archiving of documents, maintenance and warranty manuals, deficiencies, and warranty work.
Requirements
  • Experience: 8+ years' experience in commercial construction project management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field strongly preferred.
  • Certifications: OSHA certification preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient in project management software, effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
