Song Law Firm LLC is seeking a highly skilled Litigation Attorney to join our team at our New Jersey Headquarters. This position involves litigating cases in the New Jersey and New York area, partnering with clients to deliver the best possible results in pending litigation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze complex legal and factual issues.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Independently and aggressively defend a full caseload of all ranges of litigation from inception through trial.
  • Analyze complex legal and factual issues, conduct extensive, well-reasoned legal research, and develop and present legal strategies on behalf of clients.
  • Prepare complex pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motions, and briefs in support of legal strategies.
  • Provide effective and timely information, legal advice, and other services to clients on legal and factual issues.
  • Communicate with the court, witnesses, opposing counsel, and co-counsel in a manner consistent with established office procedures.
  • Complete the necessary steps to ensure prompt, efficient, and effective disposition of assigned cases.
  • Independently prepare and present witnesses and evidence at trials, judicial and administrative hearings, arbitrations, and mediations.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 15+ years of litigation experience with demonstrable verdict experience.
  • Extensive trial experience.
  • Effective communication skills sufficient to evaluate cases, represent clients in hearings, meetings, negotiations, or administrative proceedings.
  • Excellent writing and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $175,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
