About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salon Manager to lead our team of stylists at Great Clips. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the salon, including managing staff, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of stylists to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention
  • Monitor and control salon expenses, including inventory, supplies, and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations

Requirements:
