KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Build and nurture customer relationships, ensuring timely follow-ups as necessary.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims, and billing.
  • Implement a customer-centric, needs-based review process to inform clients about various insurance solutions.
  • Utilize exceptional communication skills to effectively address customer needs while fostering business growth.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Strong dedication to customer service excellence.
  • Preferred experience in sales (including outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing).
  • Ability to obtain necessary Property and Casualty License.
  • Ability to secure a Life/Health License.
  • Capability to meet mutually established marketing objectives.
  • Interest in promoting products and services tailored to customer requirements.
