Pediatric SLP Clinical Supervisor and Mentor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor and Mentor. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the careers of our clinical fellows and speech-language pathology assistants (SLPAs) by providing guidance, support, and expertise.

Responsibilities
As a Pediatric SLP Clinical Supervisor and Mentor, your key responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and mentoring clinical fellows and SLPAs to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care to our patients.
- Providing guidance on evidence-based practice and best practices for working with pediatric populations.
- Maintaining a small caseload while supervising at least one clinical fellow or SLPA.
- Participating in on-site supervision and observation to ensure our therapists are meeting the highest standards.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working with the pediatric population.
- The ability to manage a small caseload while supervising at least one clinical fellow or SLPA.
- Reliable transportation with the ability to travel between our two OKC clinics.
- An unburdened license with the ability to supervise two clinical fellows or SLPAs at a time.
What We Offer
