Job Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of field projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the Field Operations Manager and Estimator to monitor project progress and address any issues.
  • Supervise employees, provide guidance, and evaluate performance.
  • Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager and Operations Manager to develop and implement project plans.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mechanical Foreman.
  • Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Project management certification.
  • Experience with construction management software.

Work Environment:

This role requires working in various weather conditions, heights, and hazardous environments. Personal protective equipment is mandatory.

Physical Demands:

This role requires mobility, standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Good vision and hearing are essential.

Travel:

Travel out-of-town and out-of-state is required.
