Job Description:

At L3 Technologies, we are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a critical role in the production process, ensuring the highest quality products are delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in a cleanroom environment, adhering to strict protocols and wearing personal protective equipment as required.
  • Operate hand tools, spot welders, microscopes, and other manufacturing equipment to assemble products according to detailed procedures.
  • Perform visual checks of products to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Identify and correct non-conforming parts following documented procedures.
  • Meet manufacturing output requirements while producing high-quality products.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong problem-solving and analytical skills to adapt to changing production requirements.
  • Utilize computer skills, including Microsoft Office, data entry, and email, to support production activities.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure seamless production operations.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years of prior manufacturing experience preferred.


Preferred Skills:

  • Good hand-eye coordination and ability to lift 3-5 pounds.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and complete repetitive tasks.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attendance record with minimal unscheduled absences.
  • Self-motivated and driven to meet production goals and objectives.
