Franciscan Physician Network is actively seeking a PRN Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to enhance our rural healthcare services. This role will be based at our health centers, where you will be part of a dynamic primary care team that values collaboration and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will prioritize clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. You will be expected to:
- Exhibit outstanding interpersonal skills to foster strong community ties and long-lasting patient relationships.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
Work Schedule:
- Practice Hours: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Flexible PRN schedule.
- Manage an average outpatient volume of patients daily.
- Provide care for patients across all age groups.
- Utilize telehealth services as needed.
Common Patient Conditions:
- Wellness visits for children and adults.
- Management of back pain.
- Endocrinology-related issues.
- Hypertension treatment.
- Heart failure management.

Qualifications:
