Your Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage a high volume of service requests and communications.

  • Analyze customer inquiries to determine effective resolutions.
  • Coordinate with vendor partners to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Oversee service requests from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with all standards and KPIs.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with potential vendors.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of service requests.
  • Respond promptly to customer communications through various channels.
  • Effectively communicate with clients, team members, and vendors, ensuring organized and well-documented interactions.
  • Contribute to team objectives as outlined by management.
  • Collaborate with management and team members to resolve issues.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role preferred.

· Background in Facilities Maintenance or Construction is advantageous.

· Bachelor's Degree, Associate Degree, or equivalent industry experience preferred.

· Successful completion of background checks and drug screening is required.
