Position Overview
Join our team as a Class A CDL Operator, where you will be an essential part of our logistics operations.

Location: Based in a dynamic environment with immediate hiring opportunities.

Compensation: Competitive starting salary up to $92,000, commensurate with experience and job responsibilities.

Available Schedules:

  • Traditional Schedule: Typically dispatched for 2-5 days per trip.
  • 4x4 CDS: Four days on, four days off.
  • 6x3 CDS: Six days on, three days off.
  • 6x3 NTF: Six days on, three days off.
  • Team Driving: Opportunities available.
  • Flexible Options: Full-time and part-time positions.
Job Types Available: Customer Delivery Specialist, No Touch Freight, or Team Driver.

Work Environment: Operate in various weather conditions and across different shifts, including weekdays, weekends, days, and nights.

Your role will involve picking up products from suppliers and delivering them to our customers and distribution centers.

What You Will Do:
  • Safely and efficiently operate DTI equipment to transport goods.
  • Adhere to all legal and regulatory standards set by transportation authorities.
  • Load and unload both dry and temperature-sensitive products, except for no-touch freight roles.
  • Achieve company objectives, including managing fuel efficiency and speed.
  • Interpret DTI load documentation and product specifications.
  • Identify and minimize waste in all operational areas.
Role Requirements:
  • Regular physical activity is necessary; must be able to lift an average of 14 pounds, with a maximum of 60 pounds.
  • Involves sitting, walking, or standing during work hours.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Class A CDL with a clean driving record or the ability to obtain one (tuition assistance available for driving school).
  • Haz-Mat and tanker endorsements (can be acquired during training).
  • Medical examiner certificate from an approved examiner.
  • Ability to pass a physical ability test.
  • Proficiency in reading, speaking, and understanding English.
  • A commitment to safety in all aspects of the job.
Preferred:
  • Six months of over-the-road experience or completion of an approved truck driver training program.
  • High school diploma or GED.
