We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Allegheny Health Network.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position responsible for evaluating and treating patients with injuries or diseases resulting in loss of physical or functional abilities. As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate patients' conditions, establish goals and plans of care, and provide therapy interventions utilizing standard and specialized techniques. You will also complete documentation to comply with departmental, hospital, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients' conditions and develop personalized plans of care.
- Provide physical therapy interventions using evidence-based techniques and modalities.
- Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with established guidelines.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy and current state licensure as a Physical Therapist or eligibility. A Master's Degree is preferred, as well as current CPR certification from the American Heart Association. Act 34, Act 33, and Act 73 clearances are also required.
Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
