About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at Spectrum Catering Concessions. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience for all who visit our venue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and personability in all interactions with guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Bar Operations: Follow pre-shift notes and bar menus to provide accurate and efficient service, maintaining a clean and well-organized workspace.
  • Alcoholic Beverage Service: Serve drinks responsibly, adhering to state and federal regulations, and ensuring guests are aware of cut-off times.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain knowledge of various beer, wine, and spirits available, and be able to suggestively upsell products to guests.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash transactions, maintaining a secure and organized bank at the bar.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service, resolving any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Experience: Six months or more of bartending experience, with a strong track record of providing exceptional guest service.
  • Cash Handling: Accurate cash handling skills, with the ability to maintain a secure and organized bank at the bar.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Scheduling: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and long hours, as required by the business.
