Job Title: Relationship Banker

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services to customers, increasing revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences and achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings, as well as industry trends and developments, to provide informed advice and guidance to customers.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of retail banking or retail experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to achieve business objectives and exceed customer expectations.
