About this Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a highly skilled Lead Information Security Analyst to join our team. This is a hybrid role that requires the ability to work in-office in a listed location at least three days per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate high-level business goals into actionable plans, ensuring alignment between governance and execution.
  • Drive control oversight, and risk reductions for operations while identifying process efficiencies.
  • Provide process management SME knowledge and support ongoing process improvement.
  • Use Root Cause Analysis to identify the source of Quality issues and Process inefficiencies.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects, determine scope, timeframes, form teams, assign tasks, manage resources and issues.
  • Develop and track process-related metrics. Develop and maintain standard, leadership, customer, and ad-hoc reports.
  • Understand and apply Technology Standards to daily support and project implementation activities.
  • Create business process mapping, including identification of change impacts and needed business controls.
  • Apply process modeling tools, change management, and process improvement methodology to assigned projects.
  • Assist in creating and applying enterprise-level process models to support performance improvement within the organization.
  • Support long-term activities by influencing or providing input to forecasting and planning discussions and developing project plans.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • 3+ years related work experience in financial industry operations or systems.
  • 3+ years of Identity Access Management experience.
  • 3+ years of Technology or Business controls experience.
  • 1+ years of Agile and/or Lean Management experience.
  • Ability to interact with various layers of leadership.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Professionals.
