We are in search of a sales-oriented individual to take on the role of Store Manager at SMOKE STARS.

To qualify, candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess 3+ years of experience in the smoke shop sector. Reliable transportation is also essential. In return, we provide a competitive hourly wage of $15, commensurate with experience, along with a 2% commission on personal sales achievements. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to earn a competitive income while contributing to our team's success.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a dependable Store Manager who is eager to advance within a competitive and rapidly growing organization. The successful candidate will:

  • Possess 3+ years of experience in managing teams and processes.

Expectations

In this role, the Store Manager will:

  • Collaborate with HR and the District Manager to recruit, hire, and train staff for the retail location.
  • Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations.
  • Manage employee discipline and terminations in accordance with company policy.
  • Oversee staffing needs for regular hours and special events.
  • Foster a positive sales team environment through effective communication and incentives.
  • Verify daily sales reports and cash receipts; ensure timely deposits and compliance with company policies.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain positive relationships.
  • Develop and manage the retail budget, product inventory, purchasing, and sales strategies.
  • Ensure accurate inventory data through regular counts and checks.
  • Meet daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, laws, and regulations to adjust inventory and product placement accordingly.
  • Understand store demographics to align sales goals with customer needs.
  • Work with district managers and owners to devise cost-effective advertising and hiring strategies.
Physical Requirements

This role requires the Store Manager to:

  • Stand and sit for extended periods.
  • Lift items weighing up to 30 pounds.
  • Bend and move throughout the day.
