About the Role: As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Performing corrective and preventive maintenance on production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Maintaining and managing spare parts inventory to support production needs.
• Identifying opportunities to improve equipment and automation, focusing on reducing cycle times, waste, and labor while boosting efficiency.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with automated equipment, including PLC programming and hardware such as motors, sensors, and control modules.
• Collaborating with external vendors to resolve equipment issues and support the installation of new systems.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a strong technical background, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with automated manufacturing equipment, including PLCs, robotics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.
