Banquet Server Job Description

As a Banquet Server at Hilton Hotels Corporation, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests. Your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setting banquet tables to meet function specifications
  • Delivering and serving food and beverages, including meals, condiments, and accompaniments
  • Ensuring menu knowledge and responding to guest requests
  • Removing china, glassware, silverware, and other items from tables at the conclusion of the meal period and delivering to the stewarding area
