About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced industrial maintenance professional to join our team. Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment, including lubrication, cleaning, and adjustments
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address equipment-related issues
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in industrial maintenance, preferably with experience in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and Lean Manufacturing initiatives. Your excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently will enable you to thrive in this position. Additionally, your strong communication skills will facilitate collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
A minimum of 2 years of formal industrial or technical maintenance experience is required, along with relevant certifications or training in areas such as mechanical machinery maintenance, electrical installation, and computerized maintenance management programs. Your familiarity with Allen Bradley PLC, motor controls, and basic plumbing installation will be beneficial.
