As a Kitchen Sanitation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in our kitchen and dining areas. Your efforts will ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain the dishwashing machine while ensuring the dish area is tidy and organized.
  • Monitor water temperatures in the dish machine to guarantee a sanitary wash cycle, reporting any issues promptly.
  • Ensure a sufficient supply of dish detergents and cleaning materials, as well as clean dishware for both the kitchen and dining area.
  • Manage the disposal of trash from the dish area at designated times.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling standards.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate with team members.
  • Effective communication skills with colleagues and guests.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending.
