Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Network Liaison to join our team at Jobs for Humanity. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the success of our provider network by educating and orienting contracted providers into the CHRISTUS Health Plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with contracted providers to facilitate engagement, integration, and value-based opportunities.
  • Manage provider engagement and risk continuum, prospecting potential providers for value-based opportunities.
  • Apply network configuration and incentive-based payment models to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Facilitate clinical education and leverage financial and utilization data to provide actionable goals and opportunities for providers.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to create a seamless experience for providers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
  • 5 years' experience in the healthcare field, with a focus on provider-facing roles.
  • Prior experience working with Medicare and commercial payers.
  • Healthcare claim knowledge and presentation/training experience.
  • Experience with ACO, risk-based, and value-based contracting highly desirable.

Travel Requirement: 85% of the time.

Work Type: Full Time.
