• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, and making recommendations to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Wine Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on wine trends, flavors, and pairings, and share your expertise with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
• Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain knowledge of our wine products, including imported and domestic varieties, to provide accurate information to customers.
• Store Operations: Assist with maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to safety protocols, and ensuring proper temperature control in wine cases and coolers.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with store chefs and other team members to plan wine tastings, events, and promotions that drive sales and customer engagement.

• Language Skills: Proficiency in a second language (speaking, reading, and/or writing) is a plus.
• Wine Knowledge: Knowledge of wine trends, flavors, and pairings, as well as experience working with wine and beer.
• Education: High school education or equivalent required.
• Age: Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with customers and team members.
