Job Overview

Soliant Therapy Group is seeking a licensed Speech Therapist to join a school district in California. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders in students
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on evaluation results
  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students in individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with educators and parents to ensure optimal student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
  • Attend meetings and provide progress reports to stakeholders
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A valid California State SLP License and Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent are required
  • Prior experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team is necessary
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are required to meet the demands of this position
Benefits and Salary

This position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to the salary, Soliant provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
