Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Food Server to provide exceptional dining experiences at our hotel, Delta by Marriott. As the face of our establishment, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has a memorable and enjoyable time. Your duties include preparing restaurant tables with meticulous attention to sanitation and order, attending to customers promptly upon their arrival, and presenting menus and serving food and beverages.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
  • Attend to customers upon entrance and ensure their needs are met
  • Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages
  • Take and serve orders efficiently and accurately
  • Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products
  • Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff to maintain high-quality service standards
  • Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude and resolve them promptly
  • Issue bills and accept payment in a friendly and professional manner
