Call Center Specialist

We are currently seeking a Customer Contact Assistant I to join our Call Center Team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and one to two years of post-high school training in clerical, secretarial, or PC-based phone system. Strong typing skills (40 wpm) and general computer experience with Microsoft Office are also required.
We offer a competitive salary range of $16.59-$24.92 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay. Additionally, we provide full-time benefits, including medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts, and more. Tuition reimbursement and college grant programs are also available.
Schedule Options:
- Full Time Positions | 80 Hours Every Two Weeks
- DAYS: 8-hour Shifts 7am - 3:30pm | Every Other Weekend Rotation
- EVES: 8-hour Shifts 12:30pm - 9pm | Every Other Weekend Rotation
- NIGHTS: 10-hour Shifts | Seven on, Seven off per two weeks
Payout Structure:
- $17.57+ per hour, with additional pay for weekend shifts, evening shifts, and night shifts
- Overtime pay available
